Personal mobility projects in higher education

The condition for UJEP student mobilities under the Erasmus+ programme is the existence of a personal mobility project in higher education, which specifies the type of mobility that can be pursued, the faculties for whose students it is intended, etc. These conditions are specified by the relevant call for tenders.

Types of mobilities

  • study visits
    • studies at foreign higher education institutions
    • This is conditional upon the existence of an inter-institutional agreement with a foreign partner school
  • traineeships
    • work placement at a foreign company or organisation

The 2021-2027 Erasmus+ programme also allows short-term mobilities of doctoral and post-doctoral students or combined mobilities combining on-site and virtual parts (so-called blended mobility). Students who are unable to take part in long-term mobility may participate in short-term combined mobilities. Students are only entitled to grants in respect of the on-site mobility period. How to apply

If you are:

  • an Erasmus+ student from a programme country (EU, EEA (Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway), North Macedonia, Serbia, Turkey) – follow the instructions here;
  • an Erasmus+ student from one of the following universities chosen within the International Credit Mobility:
    • Lebanon – Lebanese International University

International students of all study programs and forms of study at the Faculty of Health Studies must demonstrate full protection against viral hepatitis B before commencing their studies/practice/internship.

Full protection against viral hepatitis B is considered to be:

(a) complete vaccination against viral hepatitis B with three doses of vaccine according to the regular schedule (the applicant has been vaccinated according to the vaccination schedule in his/her country of origin, where this vaccination is compulsory in childhood)

or

(b) sufficient HbsAg antibodies in excess of 10IU/litre (the applicant has been vaccinated but e.g. abroad according to a different vaccination schedule or has been vaccinated and has no vaccination record)

or

(c) proven history of viral hepatitis B (the applicant shall provide a medical record showing evidence of viral hepatitis B).

The student must prove the complete vaccination before the start of his/her mobility by an e-mail to the Department of Science and External Relations of the Faculty of Health Studies at UJEP to the hands of the Faculty Coordinator of the Erasmus+ program Ing. Helena Kovalová (helena.kovalova@ujep.cz). This is a mandatory condition for starting the study/practice/internship.
