FZS Research Centre

The Faculty of Health Studies Research Centre at the J. E. Purkyně University in Ústí nad Labem mainly engages in creative activities from the viewpoint of multidisciplinary approaches. In terms of the topics covered, the Research Centre brings together selected experts who cooperate in both publishing and in active project ventures. The Centre members have a long history of submitting research projects to prestigious agencies (Technology Agency of the Czech Republic, Grant Agency of the Czech Republic), or taking part in calls put up by the Ministry of Health of the Czech Republic. The vision for the future is to improve the quality of the publication and project output of the Faculty of Health Studies using internal staff capacities. International cooperation is an integral part of high-quality scientific activity, and Centre members actively work to enhance it.
